The Village Functions at Rockwood is a modern, purpose-built building, offering two perfect reception venues which, cater for all cultural special needs in a beautiful & peaceful setting just off Memorial Drive, providing a special space in which to celebrate the memory of a loved one.

Amber Room (Condolence Room 1)

Sit Down Capacity – 60 pax
Stand Up Capacity – 120 pax

Service Fee – $300

*Service Fee includes the provision of wait staff. If you are planning a celebration over the listed capacities, additional fees may apply.

Topaz Room (Condolence Room 2)

Sit Down Capacity – 60 pax
Stand Up Capacity – 150 pax

Sapphire Room (Both Rooms)

at Rookwood will work closely with you to create a memorable celebration. Fresh Catering provide a professional, compassionate, and caring service to assist you when celebrating the life of your loved one. We are considerate around your values and beliefs and nothing is too much trouble.

LOCATION & PARKING

The Village Functions at Rookwood is located on Memorial Drive and has ample parking adjacent to the reception venues.

AUDIO & VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

We have audio visual facilities available in both of our rooms. Please advise us if you would like to book these facilities and bring your photos in any of the following formats: DVD, USB Stick, Laptop.
